Cancellation Policy

Call Customer Service as soon as possible to determine if your order can be cancelled. In-stock orders that have not shipped will not incur any restocking fees. If a will call order is not picked up within 2 business days, it will be returned to stock and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Orders that have been put into production can only be cancelled if the kit is for the most current model application, it is a recommended color, and does not contain decorations, customizations, or options and the 15% restocking fee will apply. If you refuse delivery, you will pay the freight both ways and your order will be shipped again at your expense.

Special/Custom Order: Signing a Special Order worksheet or submitting a Special/Custom Order online confirms that you accept the order and Roadwire's policies as stated. You also acknowledge that the order may not be changed, cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after your order is submitted.

To begin the returns process, Please email us at info@Roadwire.co or call 602-888-0347. This is a Return Request only. Upon approval you will be notified with confirmation and return instructions. Restocking fees and return shipping fees will always apply unless there is a warranty issue. If you have any questions, please contact our Returns Department and reference your Return Request #.

Leather Interiors: All Leather Interior returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Freight must be pre-paid by you. All returns must be pre-approved by Roadwire.co with a Return Authorization #. Returned leather interiors must be the most current model application, a recommended color, and may not contain decorations, customization, or options. Leather Interiors will not be authorized for return after 30 days from the original order date. Service Parts, Special/Custom Order, Blow-out and Clearance leather kits are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances.
Warranty items will be replaced with the same or a comparable product. Warranty

Congratulations on selecting a genuine Roadwire automotive leather interior package. You have chosen the finest interior upgrade available on the market today.

Our craftsmen meticulously designed and tailored this interior to your car's seating. All materials used meet or exceed auto manufacturers' specifications and only the finest automotive grade hides and color matched automotive grade vinyl were selected for use in the fabrication of your automotive leather interior package.

Never use any silicone based products on your new leather seats.

If your vehicle is equipped with side-impact airbags, do not use any type of slip cover on your new leather interior or attempt to repair the upholstery. Please contact your dealer or Roadwire installation center for assistance

Roadwire warrants its leather packages to be free from workmanship and material defects under normal and intended use for a period of three years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. This warranty is expressly limited to the original consumer and is nontransferable. This warranty does not apply to failure of the product due to unauthorized installation, abuse, mishandling, or accident. The buyer shall not be entitled to recover from Roadwire, or an authorized Roadwire dealer, any consequential damage, loss or expense for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income or any other incidental damages arising directly or indirectly from a warranty claim of this product.

Warranty does not cover claims for scuffs, scratches, tears and abusive or excessive wear. Silicone based products or harsh chemicals may harm the surface of your leather interior. Use of these products will void the warranty.

Obligations of this warranty shall be to repair any defective merchandise that is returned, or at the option of Roadwire, to replace it with similar merchandise. Roadwire will not be held responsible for variations in color dye lots in connection with any warranty claims.

Roadwire reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue products without any obligation in regards to products previously manufactured.

Roadwire does not authorize any other person to assume additional warranty obligations, nor does it authorize any liability on behalf of Roadwire. This written, limited warranty is the only warranty authorized and honored by Roadwire.

To obtain warranty repair or replacement, present your warranty claim to an authorized dealership or distributor. Any product to be sent to Roadwire for warranty repair or replacement must be pre-authorized. All warranty claims are at the discretion of Roadwire.

This warranty gives specific legal rights to the original consumer. Other rights may vary from state to state.

KEY EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION

Leather is a product of nature, therefore it is susceptible to many different environmental occurrences. Roadwire’s leather-trimmed interiors are not artificially cured, meaning the leather is not pre-shrunk with water or oven treatments. Leather, being a product of nature, shrinks. If a leather trimmed interior is pre-shrunk, to fit tight, it will continue to shrink, causing unnatural appearances and unnecessary premature aging. If you notice a slightly loose fit, it will cure with the natural elements of heat, man made heat, and time. Most OEM Interiors have sat on a car dealership lot, or have been in transit for weeks or months. The leather has cured and may even still appear wrinkled. Roadwire’s leather trimmed interiors need time to cure for a perfect fit.
